Description

DCO is a collection of public law institutions in the field of education, culture and science in the South-West of the Netherlands. The complex procurement processes implement the procurement network for these institutions in order to share procurement costs and to combine volume, purchasing and material knowledge so that purchasing and efficiency benefits can be achieved. In addition, the purchasing network promotes, among other things, the development of the expertise of the members, the professionalization of purchasing and tendering processes and the improvement of purchasing contracts. Currently, 14 institutions are affiliated with the DCO Purchasing Network. Institutions may submit tenders for each call for tenders if they wish to participate in the relevant call for tenders. These participating institutions are referred to as ‘participating institutions’. The number of participating institutions may therefore vary from one tender to another.
