Description

The Municipality of Mezőcsát wishes to provide the heating of the public institutions of the settlement with geothermal energy. To do this, they would use the MELÁCSÁT – 1 waste hydrocarbon exploration drilling on the outskirts of the municipality. Within the framework of the project, we plan to transform the exploration drilling, which was drilled and sealed in the 1990s, into a thermal well located at the northern edge of the settlement, at a distance of 600 m from the open-air bath. We plan to connect the thermal water heat source projected at ~700 [litres/min] and ~57 °C to a new district heating system, which will partly replace the current use of natural gas for heating purposes in 13 municipal properties. Stage 1: ROAD TRAINING : Following the procession and installation of the drilling unit, the 3" Christmas tree mounted on the well shall be removed and an eruption arrester shall be built on the 9 5/8" manifold head. The research drilling is then cleaned up to 1071 m, i.e. to the top of the cement stopper. Using natural gamma profiles, the depth of the layers in the original geophysical profile shall be specified and the following layers shall be opened in the 7" liner tube at their actual level, with 24 shots per metre, with jet perforation: From 815 to 820 m, from 956 to 967 m, from 971 to 976 m, from 1020 to 1025 m, from 1060 to 1067 m, a total of 33 m. Perforation should be done gradually from the bottom up. Afterwards, cleaning compressors are performed until the maximum sand-free well performance is achieved. Preliminary flow and temperature measurements shall then be carried out. Based on the results obtained, according to the decision of the Customer and the Technical Controller, the construction may proceed to the next stage. During the current construction, a well with a depth of 1071 m is refurbished and trained into a thermal well. The contracting authority would like to indicate that, in connection with the construction of wells and the construction of the upper part of wells, the Kbt. In accordance with point 9 of field BT-99 of the call, it intends to carry out the procedure referred to in Section 98(3). Phase 2: Phase 2 of well construction and well top construction The temporary cooling pond must be prepared. The loose layers to be opened are expected to sand, therefore, after measuring the water flow and cleaning the base, the above depth in between with a 0.4 mm gap size JOHNSON filter, from 780 m to the base, 1071 m, it is necessary to install a steel insert filter with a diameter of 102 mm. The ring space around it shall be filled with graded gravel of an expected diameter of 1-3 mm, corresponding to the particle composition of the layer, and the pipe spacing shall be precisely closed with a 102/7" diameter cable gland. Again, a compressor cleaning and then a test pumping should be performed, logging the operating parameters every 2 hours. In the meantime, the following instrument well tests shall be carried out: - Sole depth check, - Rheometer, - Capacity dazzle, - Pressure rise dazzle, - Pressure gradient dazzle, - Water and gas sample reception. The sample taken must be transported to an accredited laboratory and a complete thermal water test must be carried out. The geological and technical data of the trained thermal well shall be recorded in the water geological log according to the relevant regulations. HORIZONTAL TRAINING - We designed the well fittings to the ground level, due to the expected positivity, with a 3 m high take-off pipe. Around the well, the existing tower base must be arranged, the tower cellar must be replenished and concreted. The well liner liner liner liner liner liner liner liner liner liner liner liner liner liner liner liner liner liner liner liner liner liner liner liner liner liner liner liner liner liner liner liner liner liner liner liner liner liner liner liner liner liner liner liner liner liner liner liner liner liner liner liner liner liner liner liner liner liner liner A branched shape NA 200/100 –as is connected to this by means of a screw connection. A 3 m high riser tube is attached to the junction by means of a NA 100 slide lock. The height of the pipe shall be specified on the basis of the actual water level of the well at rest, the top shall be closed if necessary, and a 2" air intake vent valve shall be installed. If the warmed-up water level permits, the take-off pipe shall be closed by an insect net and a tubular cap. A well sealing lid made of NA 200 flanges is attached to the upper edge of the public piece. For this submersible pump pressure line – NA 80 – the cable 5/4" and the water level monitoring pipe 5/4" the appropriate holes shall be made. The pressure pipe of the submersible pump is 89 x 4.5 mm. steel pipe. The installation is planned up to 100 m, with a sleeved bandage, but based on the actual operating water level and bubble point, this should be specified. Indicative type of submersible pump: Q = 42 m3/h, H = 60 m, The pressure line after well closure turns into flange assembly line NA 80 with a pipe arc containing a water meter, a non-return valve, a slide lock, a water and gas sampling tap and a pressure and temperature transmitter. The water meter also has a transmitter, so the volume, temperature and pressure of the extracted water can be monitored. To detect and transmit the water level, a pressure transmitter should also be built into the well, clamped to the pressure line of the submersible pump by placing it in a 5/4" Ø HENCO pipe up to about 10 m below the operating water level. The assembly line turns into the ditch with an arc and runs with a NA 125/250 mm thermally insulated PP pipe to the heat centre. The design of the connecting line and the electrical operation and control are included in separate documentation. The flow rate of the submersible pump shall be adjusted to the volume of water to be extracted from the plant. On the concrete base, we designed a heat-insulated plastic well housing with dimensions of 1.0 x 2.3 x 1.2 m. Its top can be opened, making it easy to access the fittings. Submersible pumps can be removed at replacements. The pipe installation plan of the well house is shown in Figures 11 to 12. A 321/2015. (X. 30.) Korm. (hereinafter: In view of the provisions of Section 46(3) of the Government Decree, the contracting authority draws attention to the fact that if the clear and comprehensible definition of the subject-matter of the public procurement necessitated a reference to a specific make, origin, type of thing, procedure, activity, person, patent or trade mark, the name was used only in order to clearly define the nature of the subject-matter and, in addition to the name, the term ‘or equivalent’ must always be understood. The contracting authority draws attention to the fact that if an equivalent is offered, the tenderer must prove the equivalence in its tender.
