This consultation concerns: Punctual and short-term hotel accommodation for people accompanied by children and families in difficulty - Years 2026-2029 Since 1 January 2017, the Centre Communal d'Action Sociale (CCAS) of Toulouse manages the unique Integrated Reception and Guidance Service (SIAO) of Haute-Garonne, integrating the integration component. As part of the emergency component, the SIAO allows the emergency number 115 service to use hotel overnight stays to ensure the immediate shelter of homeless people in situations of great vulnerability and distress, especially women victims of domestic violence.
