Description

This consultation concerns: Punctual and short-term hotel accommodation for people accompanied by children and families in difficulty - Years 2026-2029 Since 1 January 2017, the Centre Communal d'Action Sociale (CCAS) in Toulouse has been managing the unique Integrated Service for Reception and Guidance (SIAO) in Haute-Garonne, integrating the integration component. As part of the emergency component, the SIAO allows the emergency number 115 service to use hotel nights to ensure the immediate shelter of homeless people in situations of great vulnerability and distress, in particular women victims of domestic violence. To this end, a multi-annual agreement of objectives relating to the single SIAO has been signed between the CCAS of Toulouse and the State, competent for the establishment of a social watch system responsible for welcoming people who are homeless or in distress, to carry out an initial assessment of their situation and to guide them.
