Description

This concerns a market consultation in 2 phases (1. a written round and 2. in-depth interviews) in preparation for the intended request for the hiring of external staff of Cyclus N.V. Cyclus N.V. supports its municipal clients in the broad region around Gouda (Midden-Holland and the Green Heart) in creating a clean and safe environment. Cycle ensures that the waste of residents is collected and that the public space remains clean. Cyclus specializes in the interaction between waste management on the one hand and the daily cleaning of the public space and (business) sites on the other hand. The financial volume over the past 4 years (2026-2026) is above the threshold for Social and other specific services of 750.000 Euro excluding VAT. Indicative size: in the past 4 years, 12 people have alternately been assigned to office staff through external hiring; the remaining half of the spending is related to the hiring of executive staff (particularly drivers/drivers). In the event of a final re-tender, more precise bandwidths will be defined in line with Cyclus NV's current hiring policy and the autonomous growth of the organisation.
