Description

The purpose of the project is to procure an integrated information system that will:
— makes it easier for traders with EETT to submit and serve their requests regarding
granting rights to use radio frequencies and licences for antenna constructions;
— provides online information to the public on locations where antenna constructions are installed for
wireless electronic communications networks;
— supports EETT in all the work required to carry out its responsibilities in relation to
the management of the radio frequency spectrum and the authorisation of antenna constructions for the coming years,
— helps to improve EETT’s internal procedures so that it responds promptly and reliably to
demands from citizens and businesses.
EETT’s Phase Management System (DMS) will provide four types of electronic services:
electronic submission and service of requests for the granting of rights to use radio frequencies,
electronic submission and servicing of applications for licences for the construction of Keras,
— information from government bodies on the availability of radio frequency spectrum,
— information to the public on sites for the installation of antenna structures with construction permits or other approvals.
The main objectives of the project are to:
— creation of electronic procedures for submitting and serving requests for rights of use
radio frequencies;
creation of electronic procedures for the submission and processing of requests for construction permits
antennae,
— facilitation of traders with EETT with regard to the submission of requests for granting
rights to use radio frequencies and requests for authorisations for antenna constructions;
