It is a framework agreement for the provision of services and supplies relating to the purchase and maintenance of pumps, partly in a joint order with the city of Charleville-Mézières. The services are divided into lots defined as follows: Lot 1: Supply and repair of equipment for the water treatment of swimming pools The contract concerns the supply and repair of equipment for the water treatment of swimming pools.
