Description

Predmet nabave uključuje nabavu kombi vozila za prijevoz službenih pasa i to sedam (7) komada osobnih vozila sa teretnim prostorom - putničkih kombi vozila koja se nabavljaju za potrebe Naručitelja, Sektora za mobilne jedinice, a sve sukladno Troškovniku i Tehničkoj specifikaciji - prilozima ove Dokumentacije o nabavi. Vozila sa teretnim prostorom (u kojem će biti smješteni službeni psi), moraju biti u skladu s odredbama članka 12. Zakona o zaštiti životinja (Narodne novine, broj 102/17, 32/19 i 78/24) kojima se propisuju minimalni uvjeti koji moraju biti ispunjeni kako bi se osigurao adekvatan prijevoz životinja.Naručitelj motorna vozila nabavlja kupovinom. Ponuditelj je obvezan Naručitelju ponuditi isključivo nova i nekorištena vozila.
