Project management for the demolition of about 40 dwellings, rehabilitation of about 24 dwellings, construction of about 90 dwellings, about 300 m2 of commerce and a silo car park of about 118 places in Nantes This is a fractional contract concluded at a global and flat-rate price, in accordance with articles R. 2113-4 to R. 2113-6 of the Code de la commande publique. It consists of a firm slice and two optional slices. The firm tranche corresponds to the tasks: ESQ, DIAG, APS, APD, PRO, ACT, VISA, DET, AOR/GPA for the whole of phase 01 and for missions: ESQ, DIAG, APS, APD for phase 02. Optional tranche 01 corresponds to PRO, ACT, VISA, DET, AOR/GPA missions for phase 02. Optional tranche 02 corresponds to the CIU. Phase 01 concerns the demolition of approximately 16 dwellings located at 16/18, boulevard Lyautey, the construction of a silo car park with approximately 102 spaces, the construction of approximately 26 dwellings, the rehabilitation of approximately 24 dwellings located at 12/14, boulevard Lyautey in Nantes. Phase 02 concerns the demolition of approximately 24 dwellings at 4 boulevard Lyautey, the construction of an R+11 residence and an R+A A1/A2 residence for approximately 64 dwellings approximately 300 m2 of shops or business premises in Nantes
