Description

The object of the contract consists in the purchase of signalling elements, namely: road signs, speed limiters and end elements, black/yellow direction separators, metal poles square section in accordance with the requirements of the tender specifications/lot. NOTE : In accordance with Article 160 of Law No 98/2016, as amended and supplemented by Government Emergency Order No 107/2017, the contracting authority is to set 1 deadline – the limit within which it will ensure a clear and complete response to tenderers’ requests for clarification/additional information as follows: The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the closing date for submission of tenders is 18 days. The contracting authority will respond in a clear and complete manner to all requests for clarifications on the 11th day before the closing date for submission of tenders.
