Description

This maintenance service includes the works of technical management, control and adjustment of the operation of the building and facilities, conductive, preventive, predictive, corrective and technical-legal maintenance of the equipment, facilities, civil works and urban infrastructures existing in the San Pedro University Hospital, during the term of the contract. The scope of the contract includes the processes, operation, maintenance, driving, materials, regulations to be applied, human resources, contracting of authorized maintenance, etc., that will govern the execution of the provision of the service.
