The subject of the contract is the service of uninterrupted and uninterrupted provision to the Ordering Party for use by all internal users of PGW Wody Polskie of the ready-made (production-working) PURPOSE PLATFORM software (hereinafter referred to as the "application" or "purchase platform"), as a service of remote provision, via the Internet, of the Contractor's software for handling PZP proceedings and purchase proceedings.
