Description

1. The subject of the contract is the sale with successive deliveries of L-1 light fuel oil (heating diesel oil for heating purposes) meeting the requirements set out in the Polish Standard PN-C-96024-2020-12 for light fuel oil*, to the facilities of the Chancellery of the President of the Republic of Poland (hereinafter: KPRP). * When writing ‘light fuel oil’, the contracting authority also refers to ‘heating propulsion oil’ or ‘fuel oil’ referred to in this documentation. 2. The subject of the contract has been divided into 2 lots consisting of the following facilities: (1) PART I: • Residence of the President of the Republic of Poland Promnik, Ruda Tarnowska, 08-470 Wilga; • Klarysew Complex of Objects, ul. Saneczkowa 14 and ul. Sanechkova 21, 05-520 Konstancin-Jeziorna; (2) PART II: • Residence of the President of the Republic of Poland on the Hel Spit, ul. Helska 3, 84-141 Hel. 3. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in Annex 6 to the FTZ - Description of the subject-matter of the contract (OPZ). The subject of the contract must correspond to the quantitative and qualitative parameters specified by the Ordering Party.
