The subject-matter of the public contract is the complex execution of the works of the project ‘UTB – Reconstruction of building U12 – Stage V’, at the site of the construction of us. T.G. Masaryka 3050, Zlín 760 05, cadastral area Zlín, p. 3412, all according to the project documentation entitled ‘UTB – Construction works for building U12 – Stage V’ prepared by the design office JaP architects s.r.o., Obeciny 4377, 760 01 Zlín, ID 26283107 (‘the project documentation’). The project documentation contains all technical specifications, technical and user standards of the construction and itemized statement of the area. The project documentation is set out in Annex 1 to this tender documentation.
