Description

Procedura de achizitie in vederea incheierii unui contract sectorial de prestare „Servicii de curatenie”, Cod CPV 90910000-9 - Servicii de curatenie (Rev.2), pentru Delgaz Grid S.A., conform cerintelor din Caietul de sarcini si anexele acestuia.
In masura in care solicitarile de clarificare sunt primite cu cel putin 18 zile inainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea candidaturilor, entitatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor acestor solicitari de clarificare in a 11-a zi inainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea candidaturilor, in conformitate cu art. 173 din Legea Nr. 99/ 2016. Entitatea contractanta va raspunde doar la solicitarile de clarificari adresate de operatorii economici pana la termenul limita stabilit . (conf prev. art. 29 al. (3) din H.G.R.).
