Description

Public supply contract for the operational leasing of 9 clean vehicles (zero emissions - 100% electric), identical, with associated services for the Deputy Director-General and the Directors of Administration of the Province of Walloon Brabant for a period of 60 months. The supplies covered by this contract are covered by the following CPV codes: Main CPV code • 66114000-2: Leasing services. Additional CPV codes (indicative) • 34100000-8: Motor vehicles; • 34144900-7: Electric vehicles. The number of kilometres travelled per vehicle is 25,000 km/year, or 125,000 km for the total duration of the contract. Place of delivery: The vehicles must be delivered and maintained in a locality located at a maximum of one (1) hour by car from the provincial buildings located at Place du Brabant wallon 1, 1300 Wavre (following Google Maps and excluding traffic jams), in order to allow them to be taken over quickly and coordinated by the contracting authority’s departments, and to ensure their immediate availability for the beneficiary management staff in the course of their duties. As these vehicles are made available to the Deputy Director-General and Directors of Administration for professional and incidental private use, it is essential that they are delivered in a place that is easily accessible and compatible with the provincial administration’s operating hours and constraints. The place of delivery proposed by the tenderer must be specified in his tender. All costs associated with delivery (transport, commissioning, registration, plates, etc.) shall be borne entirely by the successful tenderer.
