Description

The municipality of Rudersdal hereby offers a financial system, together with the debtor’s share, as well as the wage and personnel system, including on-call planning and payroll management. The aim of this call for tenders is to lay the foundations for cooperation. Working together where there is a willingness to find solutions that provide the best possible platform for strong municipal resource management – while strengthening the supplier’s business. Most importantly, moving away from the role of buyer seller during the contract period and succeeds in a cooperative relationship that is not about merchant sales and contractual arrangements.
The tender is divided into 2 lots with a view to maximum competition. The partial agreements consist of the following:
— Lot 1: Pay and staff system, inclusive watchkeeping schedule and payroll management;
— Lot 2: Economy and debtor.
