Ramavtal för mindre renoverings- och underhållsarbeten.
Projekten som avropas inom avtalet kommer att genomföras i totalentreprenad, både som konventionella totalentreprenader och som samverkansprojekt (partnering) beroende på projektets förutsättningar och komplexitet.
Entreprenadsumman per avrop uppskattas uppgå minst till 5 Mkr och högst 40 Mkr. Majoriteten av avropen uppskattas uppgå till entreprenadsummor mellan 5 och 20 Mkr.
