Description

The subject of the framework contract is the recovery, transport and disposal of sewage sludge from wastewater treatment plants in the district of Bernkastel-Wittlich, including the provision of machines, vehicles, transport containers, personnel, aids, etc., insofar as these are required for the implementation of the above-mentioned measure and task. The machine selection is the responsibility of the tenderer (AN). Consequential costs resulting from the displacement of masses within the service lines must be agreed in advance with the client. The quantities and masses indicated in the power lines correspond to empirical values. The sewage treatment plants partly have their own sludge dewatering (TS approx. 22-25 %), partly only sludge stabilisation (TS 2.5-6 %) and partly small sewage treatment plants (TS 2.5-6 %). The waste code number is 190805 AVV. At all wastewater treatment plant sites, the requirements of the responsible operators of the wastewater treatment plants must be followed. For all equipment/machinery and vehicles, care must be taken not to damage or contaminate the sludge stack containers, sludge silos/painting ponds and stand surfaces (embankment seals or concrete walls, soles). Damages and cleaning work will be charged to the contractor. The transports to be carried out must not affect the operation of the sewage treatment plants. Loading times, traffic routes, collection frequencies, etc. must be coordinated with the wastewater treatment plant operator. On the premises of the sewage treatment plants, the StVO applies. The existing traffic and operating areas must be kept free. A maximum speed of 10 km/h applies. General operating hours of the sewage treatment plant: Mo. - Thurs from 7.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. and Fris from 7.30 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. Sa. after consultation with the operator of the sewage treatment plant Text automatically translated in your browsing language Automatically translated
