The Police ICT Company undertook a compliant EU tender exercise to establish a national Framework Agreement for the purchase of Covert management system and Associated support and maintenance for a period of 4 years. This VEAT clarifies the intended policing organisations able to access the Framework and also confirms entitlement for the incumbent Framework providers to provide expanded features and products | services specifically associated with the provision of covert management systems (available in either on premise or off-premise (cloud) deployment versions).
