Description

1. The Ordering Party shall order from the Contractor a printout of the wroclaw.pl newsletter in the number of up to 55 (in words: fifty-five) numbers within 18 (in words: Eighteen of the possibilities. The possibilities are described in the Specifications of the Terms of Order. 2. Each issue of the newsletter contains an ISSN. 3. As part of the contract, the Ordering Party shall order: a) a minimum of 5% of the gross value of the contract, b) a maximum of 100% of the gross value of the contract. 4. Technical specifications: a) double-sided colour printing (CMYK 4/4), b) base format: width 280 mm and height 345 mm. (+/- 10mm), c) the minimum weight is 40 grams/m2 d) the paper used to print the newsletter must be at least 50% recycled (environmental). 5. It is possible to change the format of the base printout of the newsletter number with the agreement of both Parties, provided that the Contractor has the technical conditions to make the printout in a different format than the declared base format. All changes must be accepted by the customer. 6. Each copy of the newsletter must comply with the technical specifications indicated in the subject-matter of the contract. 7.
