Description

The subject-matter of the contract included the supply of various types of medical devices/consumables – sterile threads. The contract is divided into 5 (five) lots detailed and described in detail in the Technical Specification – Annex № 1, an integral part of these Instructions for Participation. The contracting authority sets a requirement for the complexity of the tenders for the Lots. The period of performance of the contract is 24 (twenty-four) months from the date of signature of the contract. The period of validity of tenders shall be 6 months. When examining the tenders, the appointed committee will apply the so-called "inverted order" on the basis of Article 104(2) of the Public Procurement Act, in conjunction with Article 61 of the PPZOP, the evaluation of the technical and price proposals of the participants will be carried out before examining the documents for compliance with the selection criteria. The performance guarantee shall amount to 2 % (two per cent) of the value of the contract, excluding VAT. Pursuant to Article 52(5) of the Public Procurement Act, if necessary, the contracting authority may require tenderers to provide samples after submission of the tender sent through the platform in order to prove the conformity of the medical devices offered with the parameters set out in the Technical Specification. – Annex № 1.
