Description

Das Haus B der Studierendenwohnanlage in Ilmenau/ Max-Planck-Ring soll umfassend saniert werden. Die vorhandene Gebäudeorganisation mit zentralem Treppenhaus und Mittelgang wird beibehalten. Durch die Entnahme der nichttragenden Innenwände wird die Zellenstruktur aufgelöst und Großzügigkeit für jedes Apartment generiert. Das bestehende Satteldach wird zurückgebaut und durch eine vorgefertigte Holzkonstruktion als neues Vollgeschoss errichtet. Jeder Studierende verfügt über eine private Nasszelle mit Dusche und WC. In allen Obergeschossen sind Wohneinheiten geplant, während die fünf oberen Geschosse (EG, 1-3.OG und neues Staffelgeschoss) komplett dem Wohnen vorbehalten sind, sind im Untergeschoss Technikräume, Hausmeisterbüro, Waschmaschinenraum und Fahrradparken untergebracht.
