The subject-matter of the contract is the supply of recombinant coagulation factor concentrate IX minimum second generation in order to secure the continuity of treatment of patients with haemophilia B - hereinafter referred to as ‘coagulation factor’, with the availability category Rp or Rpz, to those indicated by the National Blood Centre (hereinafter referred to as NCK) or another authorised entity of direct recipients - Regional Blood Donation and Blood Treatment Centres (hereinafter referred to as RCKiK), in accordance with the rules set out in the FTZ.
