The subject of this Framework Agreement is the acquisition of electric luggage conveyors for Brussels South Charleroi Airport. It also includes five (5) year all-inclusive maintenance during the warranty period. The proposed vehicles must under no circumstances be prototypes. There will be no reopening of competition for each contract resulting from the framework agreement, with only one successful tenderer being appointed at the end of the public procurement procedure. Each delivery under subsequent contracts will be the subject of an official order form issued by the contracting entity. The first order should concern the acquisition of an estimated quantity of 4 luggage conveyors. "Electric baggage conveyors" means four-wheel electric self-propelled vehicles intended for the loading and unloading of baggage on board small and medium-sized aircraft. It will comply with ICAO standards as well as the IATA/AHM standards in force. The assembly can be used day or night in the most unfavourable climatic conditions with winds of up to 120 km/h. Steering will be on the two front wheels, traction can be done on the front or rear wheels. Equipped with Rollertrack equipment’, which consists of a set of motorised rollers that are rolled out inside the aircraft hold.
