Description

- This consultation will result in a framework agreement with single successful bids and will be processed at unit prices in accordance with Articles R2162-1 to R2162-6 and R2162-13 to R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. For Lot 1: Reserved contract for occasional manual weeding and urban cleanliness services This framework agreement is concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount of 65 000 euro (excl. tax) per year (i.e. 260 000 euro (excl. tax) for 4 years). For Lot 2: Occasional mechanical weeding services. This framework agreement is concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount of 45 000 euro (excl. tax) per year (i.e. 180 000 euro (excl. tax) for 4 years).
