Description

This open invitation to tender is subject to the provisions of Articles 33 3 and 57 to 59 of the Public Procurement Code.
This contract comprises:
The restructuring of the carriageway.
The construction of red coated pavements (excluding covering).
Supply and installation of edges.
Surface rainwater management.
Upgrading of various works.
Pursuant to Article 14 of the Contract Code, this operation will be covered by social clauses as part of its performance in accordance with Article 16 of the Special Administrative Provisions.
This contract consists of a fixed tranche and a (1) conditional tranche:
TR. firm: rehabilitation of the streets of Aguesseau, Fourest, Chadourne and creation of a raim rue Cazautets.
TR. conditional 1: rehabilitation of the Corot, Alluaud and Guibert streets.
Time limit for performance of the contract:
Fixed part: 6 months from the date set by the administrative order.
Conditional tranche 1: 3 months from the date set by the administrative order.
It should be noted that if the instalments are recovered over time, the contractual time limit for all the services will not be reduced to less than 6 months.
