Description

Le présent marché a pour objet des services consistant en la désignation d'une mailinghouse (= traitement complet d'un mailing) pour répondre aux besoins divers du pouvoir adjudicateur et de son entité partenaire. Le marché a pour objet des mailings adressés, ainsi que d'autres mailings non-définis. Le marché est subdivisé en 2 lots, chacun assorti d'options obligatoires (voir point I.4 Options). Lot 1 : Mailing assurance complémentaire (documents administratifs) ; Lot 2 : Mailing divers sous pli (documents marketing). Conformément à l’article 42, §1, 2° de la loi du 17 juin 2016, le pouvoir adjudicateur se réserve également le droit de commander des services nouveaux similaires.
