The subject of the contract is the extension of the BIP System used by the Court of Appeal in Gdańsk to include other units or the provision of an equivalent solution for BIP websites in all courts of appeal in Gdańsk, in accordance with the requirements of the Act of 4 April 2019 on the digital accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public entities (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1440) and the provision of hosting services, copyright protection, service, provision of documentation and training of users of the System.
