Description

The DSNA (Service Provider of French Air Navigation Services (ANSP)) wishes to acquire a set of flexible and movable temporary rooms, temporarily performing the functions of Vigie (Tour de contrôle) and IFR (approach control) room. This request for information is neither a call for tenders in accordance with the French public procurement rules nor a precondition for participation in any future official procurement procedure. DSNA does not intend to carry out any pre-selection of candidates through this RFI. Furthermore, neither DSNA nor any economic operator will be engaged under this RFI. The DSNA reserves the right to engage in bilateral discussions with those manufacturers who have replied to the request for information or to clarify or request clarifications on the replies received.
These standard modules must be stacked as required (maximum R + 3). They must be capable of being dismantled and transported on a standard basis (no exceptional transport) from one site to another in metropolitan France, and potentially in Corsica. They must comply with the standards in force, in particular as regards fire resistance and evacuation conditions, and must also have high thermal and acoustic insulation characteristics compatible with the airport environment.
The DSNA intends, as necessary, to place these stackable assemblies on a light structure; self-stable in order to reach a satisfactory height for the visibility of the runways and taxiways of the airport site in question. Through this RFI, the DSNA wishes to compare its expectations and vision of the project with the reality of the market, with prior feedback from economic operators on various issues of major importance, which concern both the proposed technical solutions, possible adaptations, any additional constraints and studies, and the organisation, duration and costs involved in such a project.
Finally, the reply to this RFI will not receive any remuneration from the DSNA to economic operators. The costs incurred in preparing replies to this RFI and any demonstrations by economic operators will be borne in full by the economic operators.
