Description

The purpose of this Qualification System is to establish a list of qualified companies, to be invited to restricted or negotiated procedures pursuant to Article 141(4)(a) of Legislative Decree No 36/2023 for the supply of: (A) AEROGENERATORS (WTG). In particular, the supply, transport, installation and commissioning of wind turbines, excluding foundations, connecting cables and power plant connection and distribution systems. The wind turbines in question are intended to be used in groups or groups commonly called wind farms, for the production of electricity; (B) EXERCISE/MAINTENANCE AEROGENERATORS (O&M WTG). In particular, operation and maintenance of wind turbines requires the supply of specialized personnel (which does not correspond to that normally employed at the wind farm) and appropriate tools necessary to allow: the regular operation of the plants, the execution of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance for wind turbines and emergency interventions involving the repair of faults. The supplier will be in charge of providing the requested service for one or more wind farms located in one of the different countries of the world; (C) BALANCE OF PLANT CIVIL WORKS. In particular, engineering, procurement, construction and installation of civil infrastructure on site. The Civil Balance of Plant (BoP) mainly includes the civil works related to the pitches, foundations, roads, fences, drains and ducts between the wind farm area and the grid connection; (D) BALANCE OF PLANT ELECTRIC WORKS. In particular, engineering, procurement, construction and installation of on-site electricity infrastructure for the purpose of sending energy from the wind farm to the grid and its operation and maintenance, as defined by the project. The electrical Balance of Plant (BoP) mainly includes the electrical connection within the field and the electrical substation of the installation, the connection from the substation of the installation to the point of delivery of the energy to the grid and the modification/implementation of the substation receiving the energy.; (E) EXERCISE/MAINTENANCE OF CIVIL WORKS (O&M CIVIL WORKS). In particular, (i) ordinary maintenance including weeding and cleaning, extraordinary maintenance and monitoring of civil works intended as runways and access roads, assembly and maintenance plots and related surveys, hydraulic works, containment and naturalistic engineering works, buildings, cabins, tanks and imhoff pit, areas at the service of the wind farm; (ii) interventions on duct failures and landslides, snow clearance and salt spreading; (iii) maintenance of signs, gates/passes, road barriers; (iv) reporting; and (v) on-demand activities such as: preparation of documentation and related forwarding to bodies for obtaining opinions and authorisations, practices/reports signed by a qualified technician, executive design and related documents, charges for the ECS during the design phase; (F) EXERCISE/MAINTENANCE OF ELECTRIC WORKS (O&M ELECTRIC WORKS). In particular, (i) implementation of a six-monthly, annual, two-year ordinary maintenance plan on AT/MT substation, MT plant cabins and MT tower-based section in wind turbine; (ii) on-site interventions for fault research on MT cables and fiber optic lines; (iii) corrective maintenance due to failure/malfunction/defect/underperformance of electrical works including communication and control systems of electrical stations and plant booths; (iv) availability of strategic spare parts AT, MT, BT and management of the same in stock; (v) remote control and operation of the substation and the installation booths; (vi) management and maintenance of technological systems (air conditioners, anti-intrusion systems, fire-fighting systems); (vii) maintenance of anemometer towers; (viii) checks on trackside systems and measuring groups according to current regulations; (ix) reporting; and (x) waste management produced during the execution of activities.
