Description

This contract constitutes a framework agreement within the meaning of Article 1 (5) of Directive 2004/18 of 31 March 2004 and a contract with order forms, concluded with minimum and maximum annual amounts, awarded pursuant to Article 77 of the Public Procurement Code, as and when order forms are issued without negotiation or reopening of competition. The contract is an open invitation to tender for the award of Articles 33 3oal. And 57-59 of the Public Procurement Code. The services are not covered. They will be concluded for the following minimum and maximum annual amounts: annual minimum amount: EUR 200 000 (excl. tax)/annual maximum amount: EUR 1 000 000 (EXCL. TAX). The contract is concluded for an initial period of 1 year from 15.3.2014, or from the date of notification of the administrative order. The contract may be renewed for a period of 1 years in succession for a maximum of 3 years (detailed rules in the market consultation file).
