Description

On the property with the area of 22,706m2 there are several building parts, such as the main house with the event area, the caretaker's house and another five building parts, which are arranged identically in the eastern area, according to the attached site plan. For orientation and also belonging to the control system of the Bürgerhaus, the color concept is important for the individual building parts. In preparation, the existing facades of the main building with the event area and the five identical building parts will be partially renovated; This includes professionally restoring the damaged facade areas and revising them in the colour shades in accordance with the existing colour concept. The roof surfaces are cleaned in preparation for the PV systems and repaired as required. The facades of the five identical building parts, as well as parts of the facade of the event area, here the left part of the building of the red house, are to receive an air-conditioning facade. The climate facade is intended to additionally protect the thermal insulation system facade from vandalism and make a contribution to summer heat insulation. The second is the second. RW from the units not to be installed. The air-conditioning facade is made of steel and wood construction. For the production of air-conditioning facades, two types of construction are provided, the galvanized steel construction and the wooden construction. In both types of construction, the rope nets are mounted within the front facades in order to raise the ground-based green facade. Both constructions are partially fitted with horizontal wooden panels, each of which is mounted between the steel or wood supports. Three buildings of the same building types receive additional steel trusses, which are passed over the roof surfaces to absorb the loads of the planned PV systems. Two of the same building types, which are made of wood construction, will not receive a PV system. A preliminary dimensioning of the construction was compiled in the feasibility study and these are to be taken over and continued in the planning. Technically, the house connection room in the main house is to be prepared for the PV system. The area for this purpose is available and should be recorded in the further planning. An additional storage for the PV system is also provided. The merging of the power lines from the individual houses, which are provided with the PV systems, is given in the inventory and takes place in the main house. The current color concept of the building parts is taken into account via the respective facade painting. No new concept should be created. The second skin, here the climate facade, is not painted. However, the wood will be treated for longer durability. In the further planning process, this will be examined separately. A feasibility study has already been carried out for the climate facade with the PV system and this is to be used as a basis for further development. Thus, the LPH 1 of the basic determination is not required either. The necessary planning services of the project are commissioned in stages. The commissioning is carried out in 2 stages, whereby the individual service phases are divided into the stages as follows: ⁇ Level 1: Phases 2 – 4 (preliminary planning, design planning and approval planning) ⁇ Stage 2: Performance phases 5 – 8 (implementation planning, preparation of the award, participation in the award, property supervision – construction supervision). The contract will be awarded to Level 1. The commissioning of the further service phases is carried out in stages and optionally.
