‘Maintenance of four lifts in the buildings of Sofia Municipality on № 31-33 Moskovska Str. – 2b, № 1 Paris Str. – 1 and № 3 Paris Str. – 1 ​​​​​​​, including: subscription maintenance of lifts, including: labor, prevention, lubrication, cleaning, adjustment and regulation activities, performance of all functional checks (once a month) and technical services of the lifts (six times a year), defined in the current normative documents, 24-hour continuous emergency service, repair or replacement of components with new and original ones, repair of the electrical control scheme of the lift or replacement of elements of it with original ones, according to the Ordinance on the safe operation and technical supervision of lifts (prom. SG No 33 of 11 April 2003, last amended SG No 88/2014), for the needs of Sofia Municipality. A detailed description is given in the Technical Specification.
