Ardscoil Mhuire, Corbally, Limerick - Mechanical Reserved Specialist
Expressions of Interest are invited from suitably qualified Mechanical Contractors for the construction of the new Ardscoil Mhuire school campus in Corbally, Limerick . The project involves the demolition of the existing single-storey school buildings (c.3,101m²) and the construction of a new c.8,387m² two- and four-storey post-primary school to accommodate 650 pupils. The development will include general teaching and administration rooms, a PE hall, a Special Educational Needs facility, external storage buildings, an ESB substation, provision of the new car and bicycle parking, bus and car set-down/pick-up facilities, new hard play courts, grass play areas, hard and soft landscaping, boundary treatments, and associated site works. The site is located adjacent to the Lower Shannon SAC. The Reserved Specialists are being pre-selected and procured separately from the Main Contract and when procured will enter into a contract with the Main Contractor. The mechanical reserved specialist scope of works will consist of the supply, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning and setting to work all necessary materials and equipment to carryout the complete mechanical services installation associated with the construction of a new school project.
