Subject of performance of the contract Subject of the Work ‘Optimisation of the line Odb. Berounka (inclusive) – Karlštejn (inclusive), stage 1: Modification of the TZZ in the section Radotín – Dobřichovice’ is: a) Preparation of the Project Documentation for Transport Infrastructure Construction Permit (DPS), which specifies the subject matter of the Work to the extent that it can be discussed in the project permit procedure, obtain a final project permit (construction permit) pursuant to Act No 283/2021 Coll., the Construction Act, (hereinafter referred to as the “Building Act”), including the Notified Body’s Opinion at the stage of issuing the project permit and the maintenance manual. b) Processing and submission of the project permit application pursuant to the Construction Act, including all the required documents, resulting in the issue of the project permit. c) Preparation of the Project Documentation for Railway Construction (PDPS), which elaborates and defines the requirements for the construction into details that specify the subject matter of the Work, taking into account specific products, supplied technologies, technological procedures and production conditions of the Construction Contractor, including the assessment of conformity or suitability for the use of the interoperability constituent or the EC declaration of subsystem verification by the Notified Body. d) Performance of the Designer during the construction of the PDPS and during the construction. e) Preparation of the construction according to the approved Project Documentation and the power permit (construction of the construction permit.
