The City of Helsinki Construction Services Enterprise Stara (hereinafter also referred to as ‘Stara’, ‘Orderer’ or ‘Procurement Unit’) procures vessel and maintenance services for the snow reception site. The procurement is divided into two areas: 1) Vessel and Maintenance Services Sub-topic 1 includes the following services 1. Vessel services 2. Bubble curtain installation, maintenance and cleaning 3. Diving services 4. Garbage collection 5. Staff at the snow reception point and coordination of activities at the snow reception point 6. Reporting and other assistance 2) Complementary vessel services Sub-area 2 includes sub-area 1 complementary vessel services when ordered separately by the Contracting Entity.
