Description

Neue Wege Kreis Bergstraße -Kommunales Jobcenter-, ein zugelassener kommunaler Träger gemäß dem Sozialgesetzbuch Zweites Buch (SGB II), plant die Einführung eines "Aufsuchenden Coachings" für erwerbsfähige Leistungsberechtigte unter 25 Jahren aus dem gesamten Kreis Bergstraße. . Im Rahmen des Aufsuchenden Coachings sollen Mitarbeitende des Maßnahmenträgers die beschriebene Zielgruppe in ihrem Lebensraum aufsuchen, um sie wieder ins Fallmanagement zurück zu führen. Dabei soll durch die aufsuchenden Personen Hilfe angeboten werden, um sukzessiv Wege zur Eingliederung in den Arbeitsmarkt, Zusammenarbeit mit dem Leistungsträger sowie weiteren Arbeitsmarktpartnern aufzuzeigen. Wesentliche Merkmale sind hierbei die Einladung zu Gesprächen ins Jobcenter oder die Weiterleitung in eine passende Maßnahme.
