Description

The subject of this procurement is the procurement and delivery of four (4) new vehicles, two of which are for the purpose of medical transport, and two for the purpose of emergency medical service - all according to the Technical Specification, which forms an integral part of this Documentation. The tenderer is obliged to offer the entire subject of the procurement. The tenderer is obliged to offer only a new and unused medical vehicle of the year of manufacture at least 2025. A medical car for the purpose of medical transport shall meet standard HRN EN 1789:2020 (for type B medical car) or equivalent. Type B medical car of outpatient emergency medical service is a medical car designed and equipped to transport, treat and monitor patients. It is not allowed to offer part of the subject-matter of the procurement. The procurement and delivery of four (4) new vehicles, two of which are for the purpose of medical transport, and two for the purpose of emergency medical service The public supply contract for the entire subject of the procurement will be concluded with the selected tenderer only if the Contracting Authority provides funds for the financing of the entire subject of the procurement in 2025. In addition to decentralized funds, the Institute finances this procurement from other sources. That is why it is possible for the Contracting Authority to conclude a public supply contract for one, two, three or all four vehicles, or not to conclude a public contract for the subject matter of the contract at all, depending on the financial resources. Due to the fact that the deadlines for delivery of the subject matter of the procurement are large, the Contracting Authority is already launching the procedure in order to be able to withdraw them (decentralized funds) if funds are provided. Regardless of the quantity, the vehicles will be delivered at the unit price from the Cost Statement. The contracting authority shall take a decision not to sign the contract and to order vehicles no later than 30 April 2025. By submitting a tender, the tenderer agrees to the above mentioned in this Article.
