Description

The subject of the public contract is the supply of work clothes according to the specification set out in Annex 2 - Annex to the cover sheet, which also specifies the indicative quantity of delivery for the subject of performance of the public contract. The contracting authority reserves the right not to withdraw or exceed the stated anticipated quantity. In the event that the components of the subject of performance do not comply with the minimum conditions laid down in the procurement documents, the participant in the procurement procedure will be excluded pursuant to Section 48 of the Public Procurement Act. In this context, the contracting authority reserves the right to verify the correctness, completeness and veracity of the information provided in the tender, at the expense of the supplier. The use of company names or manufacturer-specific terms or solutions is intended only to illustrate examples of suitable solutions, but the requirement is not limited to offering only such solutions. The supplier is entitled to propose another, technically and qualitatively similar solution. However, in such a case, the tenderer must indicate in the tender the trade names, the manufacturer and the technical data proving compliance with the contracting authority's requirement.
