The contract to be awarded is defined as follows: • Providing end user ICT Hardware (laptops, desktops, Chromebooks, monitors, etc.) for the benefit of the employees and students of the Client. • Supplying accessories for the ICT Hardware (mice, keyboards, etc.). • Dealing with warranty, providing service on end-user hardware and providing additional services (unpacking ICT Hardware and carrying packaging material). Initially, the ICT department of the Client is responsible for configuring the devices, etc. However, the Contractor must offer this service if the Client needs it. If there is a need for this option, this will be indicated when ordering / disabling the mini-competition. Client has the possibility to purchase small reorders of separate accessories such as keyboards and mice from third parties. The maximum value of the contracts is set at € 900,000 including VAT over four years.
