Description

The subject matter of the contract shall include: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of household air conditioners; Instructing final recipients on site upon delivery for proper operation and maintenance; Transmission to final recipients of all documentation accompanying installed air conditioners; Warranty service of air conditioners within the warranty period, which may not be less than 24 months. The estimated quantity of air conditioners to be supplied, broken down by type, is as follows: air conditioners 9 000 BTU – 10 air conditioners 12 000 BTU – 240. The quantities indicated are estimated and may change depending on the needs of the Contracting Authority. The specific quantities, including by species, will be indicated by the Contracting Authority in letters of assignment to the Contractor. The letters will contain names, addresses and telephone number of the persons in whose properties the deliveries will be made, as well as the type and number of air conditioners for delivery for each address. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to award delivery of the quantity with one award.
