Description

1. The subject-matter of the contract is the provision of cleaning services, 24/7 cleaning services in hospital and office premises and internal transport in facilities administered by the SZOZnMiD in Poznań. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in Annex IIA, IIB and IIC to the ToR.
2. The contracting authority shall allow partial tenders to be submitted.
3. Variants are not allowed.
4. The contracting authority does not provide for advance payments for the performance of the contract.
5. The contracting authority shall provide for the award of contracts referred to in Article 67. Point 6 of the PPL
