Beauftragung einer Rahmenagentur für die Erarbeitung, Begleitung und Durchführung einer Aktivierungskampagne zur Änderung der Mobilitätsgewohnheiten der Neusser Stadtgesellschaft (hin zu mehr nachhaltiger Mobilität). Das beschlossene Ziel von 75% Anteil Umweltverbund an allen innerstädtischen Wegen insbesondere mit dem Rad (30%) gilt es gezielt durch die richtige Ansprache und Erlebbarmachung anzustoßen. Ein auf drei Jahre angesetzter Prozess verspricht Veränderung.
