The subject of this contract is the performance of project management and remediation studies relating to the construction of the Buffalon inter-municipal sewage treatment plant, including transfer pipelines. The operation concerns: - The creation of the new inter-municipal treatment plant at Buffalon (36 000 p.e.), - The demolition and/or storm basin rehabilitation of the existing treatment plants (Bouillargues, Rodilhan, Manduel and Redessan), - The creation of the wastewater transfer networks of the four municipalities (Bouillargues, Rodilhan, Manduel and Redessan) to the new treatment plant (including the associated works: discharge, trenchless crossing, ...), - The creation of the treated water discharge system in Buffalon Creek.
