Die AOK Niedersachsen beabsichtigt den Anhang 2 zur Anlage 2 (Preisdatei Orthopädie) im Rahmenvertrag über die Einzelheiten der Versorgung mit Hilfsmitteln nach § 127 Abs. 1 SGB V neu zu vereinbaren. Die Beschaffenheit der Produkte und Dienstleistungen kann der Produktbeschreibung des Hilfsmittelverzeichnis gem. § 139 SGB V entnommen werden. Die AOK Niedersachsen ist bereit, mit jedem interessierten und nach § 126 Abs. 1 Satz 2 SGB V präqualifiziertem Leistungserbringer, Vertragsverhandlungen zu führen. Der Vertrag beinhaltet keinen Anspruch auf die Durchführung einer bestimmten Anzahl von Versorgungen der gesetzlich Versicherten bzw. keine bestimmte Abgabemenge.
