1.The subject of the order is the delivery of two ATV (QUAD) vehicles in a police marked version. 2.A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 5 to the SWZ and Chapter XIX of the SWZ. 3.The Contractor, for the offered vehicles, will provide: 24-month warranty and warranty without mileage limit and respectively on: 1) mechanical and electrical components of vehicles on which construction was carried out – for a period of 36 months without a mileage limit, 2) paint coating – for a period of 36 months, 3) perforation of body elements – for a period of 72 months, 4) traffic preference signalling for a period of 24 months, - counted from the date of signing by the Parties without comments of the acceptance protocol. 4. The Contracting Authority requests that the means of proof in question be submitted together with the tender in the form of: 1) a copy of the model EC certificate of conformity, 2) a data sheet / catalogue of the vehicle manufacturer, with a clear indication of the vehicle offered, - to confirm the compliance of the offered vehicles with the requirements set out in the description of the subject of the contract. 5. The Contractor is obliged to indicate in the offer the Make, Manufacturer, Type, Model of the offered vehicle, i.e.: identify it unambiguously. In the event of failure to indicate in the offer data unambiguously identifying the offered vehicle, the Contracting Authority will reject the offer on the basis of Art. 1 point 5 of the Act. 6. The contracting authority, in accordance with Article 139 of the Act, provides for a reverse order of operations, i.e. it may first examine and evaluate the tenders and then classify the contractor whose tender was the highest scored as regards the lack of grounds for exclusion and fulfilment of the conditions for participation in the procedure. 7. The subject of the contract is co-financed by the Regional Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management in Warsaw. 8. Information clause regarding the processing of personal data In accordance with Art. 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (i.e. OJ Urz.
