Denne anskaffelsen(totalentreprise med samspill) skal innhente en entreprenør som sammen med byggherre kan bygge og ferdigstille prosjektet Universell utforming Oslo S. De viktigste tiltakene inkluderer: - øke plattformhøyden til 760 mm over skinnetopp (SOK) - heisforbindelse mellom gangkulvert og alle plattformer - snøsmelteanlegg og forbedret linjedrenering på plattformer - system for skilting, ledelinjer, taktile felt og trappeløsninger - forbedret belysning og kundeinformasjon - etablere sporsløyfe mellom spor 17 og 18
