1.The subject of the contract is the performance of laboratory tests together with accompanying services described in the description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex 8 to the FTZ for the purpose of performing comprehensive assessments of the state of the environment on the premises of the former ZACHEM Chemical Plant in Bydgoszcz, defined as Greater Degraded Areas (WTZ): 1) WTZ WAKEM GREEN (area approx. 172.8 ha); 2) WTZ WAKEM SOE (area approx. 114,9 ha); 2.The purpose of the order is to enable the Ordering Party to independently verify samples from tests carried out by the Contractor of the order entitled: "Comprehensive assessments of the state of the environment on large-scale degraded land: WTZ ZACHEM – GREEN and WTZ ZACHEM – SOE, located on the premises of Zakłady Chemiczne ‘Zachem’ in Bydgoszcz, together with draft plans to improve the state of the environment (‘contractor’).
