Description

A new building for an educational centre is being built for the University Hospital Bonn. There is a legally binding ‘clinic site on Venusberg’. The building of the new educational centre is located at Venusberg – Campus 1 in Bonn. The building is designed in L-shaped form with two legs of varying length and is connected to the existing eye clinic building. Due to the excavation for the construction of new buildings below the founding level of the existing building, it is necessary to close the stock. Due to the depth of the excavation of the pit, the adjacent traffic areas and the conductor systems under GOK, a construction (bearing hollow wall) is required in the area of the eastern, southern and western façades. The corresponding planning was carried out by Office KK Engineering GmbH via the Geo Consult office. Further details can be found in the attached procurement documents.
