Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest udzielenie i obsługa kredytu długoterminowego, nieodnawialnego w walucie polskiej do wysokości 3400000,00 zł, słownie (trzy miliony czterysta tysięcy złotych 00/100) przeznaczonego na sfinansowanie planowanego deficytu budżetu Gminy Pniewy w 2024 r. Kredyt zostanie zaciągnięty na okres 10 lat z uwzględnieniem karencji w spłacie kapitału do 31 marca 2025 r. Zamawiający zobowiązuje się do ostatecznej spłaty wykorzystanego kredytu do dnia 31 grudnia 2034 roku. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera załącznik nr 1a do SWZ.
